The Cane Corso Pages are made of Cane Corso enthusiasts. Our aim with these pages is to inform the canine world about this rare breed... to tell its story for those interested in the breed. The pages are dedicated to the old Italian breeders - simple country people - who kept this wonderful breed alive when it was completely unknown in the canine world and nobody else cared about these wonderful dogs. Our policy is to promote what we consider to be the true and original Cane Corso - dogs descending from the old "Pugliesi" bloodlines - dogs bred solely as working dogs with no physical or mental abnormalitites at all. |

We endorse the FCI as registry for the Cane Corso and accept only the original standard FCI No. 343. Other versions of C.C. standards should never be tolerated, as conflicting versions of a breed would destroy its originality.
This does not mean that people who think otherwise are not welcome to use and comment on the pages.
